i have taken my car to several of the garages in the area. I know there was a part broken that should not have passed inspection. But none of them caught it over the past 4 years, but harvey did. It gave me the chance to fix it and come back for a sticker without charging double for the inspection which a lot of places do. So he was very thorough and seemed the old fashioned type that did not just want to do the job, but do it well."
